Subscription Discount & Cancellation Policy

By enrolling in our subscription program and receiving a discounted price, you agree to the following terms:

No Chargebacks/Refunds on Discounted Orders or Active Subscriptions:
Orders placed using a subscription discount are considered final. Any subscription fees incurred (see subscription cancellation & cancellation deadline) are considered final. By accepting the discounted rate, you waive the right to file a refund or chargeback for that order. By accepting the discounted rate, you also agree to waive the right to file a refund or chargeback for any subscription costs incurred. Defective items do not apply with agreed upon clear proof via unaltered photo/video which the AutoGlow team will review. Subscription fees, however, are separate and still apply.

Discount Only: The monthly subscription purchase, which includes calculated shipping costs, is solely to keep a discount on all AutoGlow products, including any future additions to the AutoGlow store.

Subscription Cancellation: Subscriptions may be canceled for your upcoming billing cycle at any time through your Thank You page/customer portal. Your order confirmation emails also have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there as well. You may cancel your subscription anytime before you are charged, but once you are charged, that subscription purchase is non-refundable. Ample time was given to cancel the subscription and enjoy subscription benefits for free before your upcoming subscription renewal date. If you did not cancel in time, that is your responsibility.

Cancellation Deadline: To avoid being charged for the upcoming billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription at least 6 days prior to your renewal date. Cancellation requests made after this window will apply to the following billing cycle.
